1. General Duty Medical Officer: 07 Nos. (UR-06, OBC-01)
Educational Qualification: MBBS Degree and one year experience as a Medical practitioner after internship.
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 30.06.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.54, 985/- per month.

2. Medical Specialist: 03 Nos. (UR-3)

Educational Qualification: MD/ MS in the respective discipline and one year experience in the respective discipline in a Hospital after
completing MD / MS.
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 30.06.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.15000/- per month.

3. Jr. Pharmacist Gr. II: 04 Nos. (UR-03 SC-01)

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (Science) or equivalent with 2 years Diploma course in Pharmacy. Candidate should have passed Dresser-ship examination or 2 years Post-Qualification experience in Dressing and working.
Candidates holding B.Pharma Degree; the post qualification experience for one year in Dressing will be required.
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 30.06.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.14, 697/- per month.

4. Jr. Nurse Gr. II: 02 Nos. (UR-02)

Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (Science) or equivalent with Diploma in General Nursery and Midwifery
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 30.06.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16, 250/- per month.

5. Jr. X-Ray Technician: 01 Nos. (UR-01)

Educational Qualification: H.S (Science)/ equivalent with Diploma/Certificate in X-Ray Technician /Radiography course with one year experience.
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 30.06.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.16, 250/- per month.

6. Over man: 07 Nos. (UR-04 OBC-02 SC-01)

Educational Qualification: Valid Over man Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 30.06.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.30, 000/- per month.

7. Mining Sirdar: 03 Nos. (UR-01 OBC-01 SC-01)

Educational Qualification: Valid Mining Sirdar Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS.
Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on 30.06.2016
Consolidated Pay: Rs.28, 000/- per month.
